What we can help with

• Corrections. A wrong figure, a dead link, a discontinued product still listed as current. Say which page and what is wrong; a link to the correct source speeds it up enormously.
• Questions about gear. Happy to help where we can point you at published information. We cannot tell you how something feels, because we have not held it.
• Things we should cover. Gaps in the site are genuinely useful to hear about.
• Business. Reach us here and we will reply.

What we cannot help with

• Paid placement. We do not sell it. See the disclosure page.
• Product samples. We do not accept free products, and receiving one would not change a ranking.
• Repairs and warranty claims. We are a publisher, not a retailer. Contact the manufacturer or the shop you bought from.
• Link exchanges. No.
